iPix is a dermatological aesthetic treatment for micro invasive face , decolletè and total body resurf-Tightening; the integrated “Control System” warranties an uniform energy emission at the desired deep in order to ensure the treatment right conditions.
During the iPix treatment, the energy will be emitted on 2 cmq of surface trough micro needle electrodes.
According with the treatment area, the procedure could last from 15 up to the 25 minutes; although some patients note some improvement right after the first session, the impressive and progressive results will come in the following days after.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
The i Pix system is not indicated on the open wound or damaged treatment area, pacemakers and electronic devices implanted on the area treatment, durandpregnancy or breast-feeding, autoimmune deseas or neoplasia.
CAUTION
iPix is not tested for the use on different materials from the skin tissue.
The treatment is not suggested in presence of: mechanical implants, electrical devices implanted on the treatment area, metallic stent.
The iPix system is not tested on patients following a anticoagulant therapy
Is recommended to avoid the following area during the treatment: superior and inferior eyelid, feminine and masculine genital areas.
Ipix is not tested to be use on these following patients category:
haemorrhagic disorders or blood disorders
skin local illness which could alterate the recovery wound process
Herpes Simplex
Diabet
Epilepsy
OCCASIONAL SIDE EFFECTS
The side effects experienced after treatment with iPix are mild and transient in nature. These are limited to:
Erythema (redness): The treated area may have an erythema immediately after treatment. This usually resolves within a few hours of treatment.
Edema (swelling): The treated area may have mild edema after treatment. This usually resolves between 3 and 6 hours after treatment.
Pain: the patient may feel a discomfort normally tolerable during the procedure even without anesthetic cream
Bruising: Small bruises, resulting from damage to subcutaneous blood vessels, can occur occasionally; they usually resolve within 2 to 10 days
Superficial micro crusting: they could form if an incorrect treatment technique is used. They can be resolved from 2 to 7 days after their appearance.
